Not a fan of it, most boat owners put it on a floor that already in need of a floor replacement, and when its time to replace the floor and there first question is "can you save the safe floor material" & my answer is "from the trash can, no sorry" the material has to be applied to a sound surface free of rot without any question, the material is not going to to stop or slow down a rotting floor from replacement.

your boat floor wood or wood and fiberglass shouldve been replaced before the floorin was put down . we've replaced wood along with re-fiberglassin our floors if needed before safe floor goes down . if you have soft spots or rotted spots , we will not put our floorin on it .

That was a pretty cheesy comment for a supposedly professional to make. I dont think that youd waste customers money by installing on something that needed attention.
