I generally use this when pan frying a pork chop or chicken - and also on Veal...it is amazing and a small bag really goes a long way.

Oh heck yes... I eat all proteins for the most part.

Meat
Full Fat Dairy
Veggies
lower sugar fruits
Some Nuts
Occassional Legumes

Its really pretty easy after you make the change....Almond crusted Veal Scaloppini with mushrooms, lemon butter or marinara, spagetti squash and a potabella - YUM.

Wife has been making a mac and cheese in which you still use cheese but much less of it and mix it with cauliflower you put into a food processor, its actually pretty dang good.

real good!!!! I crave cauliflower as long as it still has a little crunch to it. Soggy is no Bueno.
