And know how to properly measure the fish when you catch it.

I see at least one Goober every year that brings a Slot Fish to the scale thinking it is an OVER because he used a cloth tape measure held at the nose of the fish and went up and over to get the wrong length. roflmao

Listen to this man! He witnessed a HORRIFIC boating accident a couple years ago at this event that could have easily been avoided. Sadly one of the men in the accident did not make it home after the tournament. frown

Yes. You can put in anywhere on the lake.
