I believe HEB carries it.

Lots of different variations of it. Course ground, fine ground, different seasonings, etc. I like the course ground with the pepper, the style you get from the Czech's down around Poth, Tx and that area. Luling City market makes some good as well. Old Plantation in Springtown used to, and may still have a good one as well. One side of my family is of Czech decent and the other German, so I have eaten plenty of both styles. Syracuse Meats also makes a great Jap/Cheese sausage, as does Fischers in Muenster.

I believe HEB carries it. My HEB has it and it is very good. I know this isn't Jalapeno, but HEB has a private lable Hatch Chili sausage that is awesome. If you're ever by an HEB stop by and pick up a package.

picking up my venison sausage with cheese and japs this weekend from Muenster! had them process my two deer: steaks, chicken fries, 5 pounds of chili meat and the rest into J-C Sausage!

Huse's in Malone, TX has some excellet, jalapeno cheese sausage, was available at Walmart in Corsicana and GBC. GBC quit handling for some reason.
