Will be in Shreveport first week in March and want to fish with a guide one day.
The three lakes I am considering are Caddo, Toledo Bend, and Lake of the pines.
Just want to have a good day fishing with my brother who is driving down from Indiana.
What kind of fish we catch (not keeping any) is not as important as having a good time.
1. Which lake is most likely to be best this time of year?
2. What guide would you recommend?
3. Any other recommendations?

Thanks

Those 2 are hammers on Caddo as far as guides.

Darold Gleason is who I would call for Toledo and Rayburn

If you and your brother have never been to Caddo you should definitely go with Mudds' advice. It's a perfect time to be on Caddo and the scenery is in another league.

Excellent guy and an excellent guide on Lake Caddo. I've personally been out with Vince and I'm chomping at the bits to get back on Caddo with him. Tournament season makes it tough
