Finally got the set up complete for the most part and just tapped the fresh Keg of Bud Light. Having 40-50 over for the Superbowl, TVs outside and inside. Smoker is fired up with 10 slabs of ribs and 100+ pieces of chicken ( was too busy to do an overnight brisket cook).... I am proud of the outdoor kitchen/party area and thought I would share. And THANK GOD the weather made a change from the earlier forecast, it's absolutely perfect. Here's the set up. Even got the tarps ready to drop if it gets chilly tonite(yesterday's project:) ) Looking forward to a great party with great friends....If you are in the Irving area and need a place to eat, watch the Superbowl with a bunch of cool people, PM me and I'll provide the address.

Looks like a great place for party. I fished that lake tons of times late 70 early 80s before it was private.

I looked at a house there not too long ago... I really loved the idea of being on the lake but the layout of the house was so funky... Just could not pull the trigger on it.
