Don't remember the name of it but the Barbecue place in Junction that's on Hwy 83 on the west side of the road north of I 10. Was without a doubt the worst I've ever had. Sammy's BBQ in Borger was the best.

Coopers in New Braunfels served me some of the worst, and driest brisket as well as cabrito that Ive ever had. If youre going to have cabrito on your menu, at least do it right.

I was disappointed with Blacks BBQ. Rudys has awesome breakfast tacos.

I will say this for Rudy's... Their tacos have helped pull me through some rather difficult hangovers.

Chaps BBQ in Center is by far the worst I have ever had. Wife and I actually took a bite or three and threw it away. Horrible.

Best was Mueller's in Taylor. Nothing else I have tried has even been close to that good. Best brisket I have ever eaten.

Rudy's at Western Center and 35 is always really good. Especially for a chain place. Never a bad meal there. I get a 1lb of their brisket and turkey almost weekly. Always really good stuff. Great breakfast tacos too.

When I moved to Huntsville, Little Paul's BBQ was across the street from where I work. "Been in business 25 years!" Everyone I work with was telling he how good it was. So one day, I went in for lunch. Worse than Dickey's. It has since closed and is now the Alabama version of Chicken Express.

Same here. Meat U Anywhere is good too. Another place with great breakfast tacos.

Dickies catered my wedding and was excellent. Eating Dickies in the restaurant was horrible.

Man, if you're at Western Center, jut keep going north to 407. 15 minutes to good BBQ.

You got that right. There is a place in Center called Darrells BBQ that is worth a stop. Just down the street from Chaps.

I wish we would have known about the other place...we were headed home after a few days at Toledo Bend and were starving so we stopped at Chaps. First time I have seen grey brisket with veins in it. Sides were almost as bad. The walls in that place have a ton of newspaper articles etc all showing it was voted Best Of etc. Lots of awards on wall too. Horrible food and only stopped there since I had all the rods still on the deck etc I stopped where I could park and still see truck. Huge mistake....after we left there we literally ended up just grabbing something at McDonald's to hold us till we got home.
