Going to fish Fork next Thursday and Friday. Will be in Glade Primarily. I know I always seen jigs around creek channels on here. What are your favorite colors, weight this time of year. Going to have a red redeyed shad tied on and an a-rig. Any other recommendations?

If the water is still in the 40's then all I can say is "I am sorry". I would suggest a jerkbait or stickbait as long as it has a fuse at least 6 inches long because that is the only thing that will catch a fish until the water temp. gets back into the low 50's. Those fish are not used to the water being that cold. Their a$$ will be buried so deep in the mud trying to stay warm that the only thing that will bring them up will be a jerkbait or stickbait. grin grin

Last Sunday it was 46-47. If it's like that when get there you might try shiners but they'd probably die the minute they hit that cold water.
