Does anyone have any experience with a double swing arm RAM Mount - https://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-109V-1U

I am tying to see how they hold up and maybe angle considerations that I am not thinking of. I have a Solix 12 I would be putting on it. Would prefer for the electronics base to be able to rotate horizontally, but they dont have any options for that.

I use the single swing arm mount in my depth finder installs quite often. It is a solid mount and more stable than the standard Ram. It is mounted to the boat with 4 bolts and you need access under the deck to use nyloc nuts on bolts instead of screws for that size depthfinder. The adjustment bolts are solid. That being said, I too have my concerns on putting that much weight on the end of a double swing arm

I have the ball version, but I am thinking with the double swing arm I can easily turn the console graph to face bow so I can what is under the boat in the back as well as front with my bow graph.

Depending on where you are mounting the graph vertical or horizontal mount. The Cisco mount is very sturdy and can be rotated 360�. I have my solix 12 mounted to one on the bow. Just lift up on the head unit and rotate it. The sure lock mounts will rotate. The tilt locks will only tilt.
