Not since August. Been in the deer woods. Excited to get back on the water, waiting for a nice warming trend.

Have not been on the water since November and I think I might be losing my mind.

Ha, I feel your pain. I did get one day of pre-fishing in for my first tourney of the year earlier this month, but on the first cast the morning of the derby...worst bird's nest I've had in years. Had to retire it to the rod locker for the day. Guess the adrenaline got to me. smile

Went to Welsh last Friday for the first outing of 2018. Caught a few chunks, so started off on a good note.

I was out last Sunday at Fork mainly to just get out. Had to dial in my new TM and Helix. Water was 47* and the bass were laying on their side sound asleep. About a dozen boats tied up under 515 killing time. I think when the water stabilizes in the low-mid 50's we'll see'em get a little more active. Hate winter.

I fished every week until the ice/snow weekend.....the bite was steady....when water temps hit the low 40's it virtually stopped.
I've laid off a couple weeks, but plan to get out on Saturday.
Good luck to everyone!
