Hay guys. I have an 20' pontoon. Use a Humminbird Helix 9 si as primary fish finder. I have a 36 volt Minn Kota Ultera 60" trolling motor. My trolling motor is not in the front of my boat like most. My father n law primaraly fishes with me and he is 75, so in the front gate is not a good option due to him. It is placed behind the live well roughly five feet from front. I am wanting to add Lowrance fish finder for the front(not sure what model yet). The question is i want to use the DI on the Lowrance but the transducer in the Minn Kota is solely 2D. trying to figure out another so i can mount the transducer. Thinking some type mount similar to the Humminbird 360. Whay options can you come up with.

Put the HDI transducer on the bottom of the motor and use the Precison Sonar Cable Guard to manage the transducer cable.
