The bite was slow today on Murvaul but we caught some quality fish. Bites came in 15 fow or deeper, jigging brush piles. Water temp was around 46 and clarity good (for Murvaul). Most of the bites were very soft with a few good "thumpers". Probably caught 25 or so, kept 15 and returned the two biggest girls back to the lake.

To whom much is given, much is required.

Great job letting the two big girls back in, and only keeping what you'll eat. Impressive sizes! Thanks for sharing.

One 10-pounder is better than ten 1-pounders; but 100 1-pounders is ok too!
