Hambys keelguard. Have it professionally installed & never worry about it again.

There’s Hamby then there’s something less.
If you’re planning on keeping that fine boat a long time then it shouldn’t even be a decision.

Yes, the Hamby's original dealer installed guard is well worth the extra cost. You will never regret buying it. "Never worry about it again" is the key here.

Line X

Bullet proof. Lifetime warranty. Have had them on 2 different boats over a 12 year span. Regularly park my boat on launch ramp and have no signs of wear. Best accessory investment I've made.

There is a substantial difference between a Keel Guard, Hamby's Light and Line X vs. the Hamby's Beaching Bumper. All of the lesser are just surface covers but the Beaching Bumper has an actual 5/8" thick super tough Urethane protection bumper for the keel. Worth every penny of the extra cost.

Yes "Beaching Bumper" is the true name of what I referred to as "Hamby's Original".
It's indestructible.

Thanks Markson but Hamby's needs to update their website. Neither of those locations exist.

Line X is the toughest of the three, probably most expensive though.

Johnson's Fiberglass in Burleson Tx is an authorized Hambys installation dealer. I just spoke with them & will be taking my Champion for a Beach Bumper installation. That's the best one out there. Ive had them on all 6 of my previous Champions & now the 7th. Worth every penny.

Not in the wildest dream or hallucination is Line-X as tough as a Hamby's beaching bumper.
