Can I run North Jackson Hill to the 103 Bridge using the boatlanes mapping and trails?

Lance Vick's chip doesn't get you to the 103 on either the Angelina or the Attoyac arms. It ends a bit south of the bridge on both. Also stops way before the 83 bridge in Ayish.
