Looks great made some last week with crawfish tails that's the original recipe, but i had shrimp. i used to make individual pies like fried pies, but that's too much work, soooo, one big pie. love me some crawfish pie.

You might as well go ahead and share the ingredient list cooking instructions! build a thick roux and add the celery, garlic, parsley, onion and bell pepper. cook for 10 min, then add shrimp. cook 5 more min. add to pie pan with top and bottom crust and bake at 400 till brown. add any seasoning you like. can't really go wrong and it seems to go a little different every time.
