I was curious on recipes what type of baits do you like to use And if you make it yourself what is your recipe

So far it has only been corn for me and it seems to work pretty good. Going to try to catch some on the fly this year.

Box of Corn Flakes
1 can of Big Red Soda


Just keep adding corn flakes till you get the consistency dough that you like hooked

Watched my dad whip that recipe up maybe 30 years ago

white bread with water and vanilla whey protein works great for me.

Bread mixed with pancake syrup. Get a gallon ziplock bag, and grind the bread with your hands. Add the syrup until you get a firm consistency that will stay on a hook. Quickest way to make a good carp bait, and get rid of any old bread that may have expired.

I used to use the wheaties/big red recipe, but it was way to labor intensive to get the proper consistency in a short amount of time. I don't want to spend all my time making bait,I want to spend my time fishing.
