Is the Ramp at Kimball Park open and ok for a 22' Bay Boat? Was wanting to try the upper end a bit and have never ventured that far up the Lake

Should be. I fish there on occasion and see 24 foot bay boats launch without any problems.

Ramp is ok, just not alot of room in front of the ramp. You can float a boat. Watch out for the shallow hump by the buoys. Stay on the north side of the buoys until you get deeper. Lots of debri around the bridge, but you can get through near the channel.

Thanks Guys - Been a Bass and crappie guy all my life and really enjoying chasing stripers. Notice chasing and hoping time on the water will turn into more consistant catching.
Thanks again for the info

if you want to learn in a hurry hire Capt Mike Acosta. There is a trick to catching them sometimes. I never would have tried what he does.
I do ok trolling though just not as fast to get a limit.
