Tried something yesterday (not exactly as described, but close ) Two simple conclusions so far. 1) corn with pineapple was more productive than plain corn. To verify results, will give another side-by-side try. 2) koolaid-treated canned garbanzo was sitting real good on a hair rig (no result though). Will give it another try or two this winter season (but sure summer may produce different outcome).

Tried real simplistic approach: just took some canned corn and canned crushed pineapple, and put them night before into a glass container, layer by layer. Also left some plain corn (from the same exact can!) for comparison. Today, 1/15/18, 8AM to 1 PM; 2 light rods side-by-side with 6lb fluorclear line and leaders + hair rigged circle hooks #10. Total 8 smaller carp * plain corn: 2 x 3lb little ones; * pineapple-treated corn: 1x7lb, 1x5lb, 2x4lb and 2x3lb. ____________________ pineapple-treated corn works much better!
