I caught a lot of bass at both Calaveras and Braunig in the 70's and 80's. but didn't think any existed in those lakes anymore. Now there is a report by tp&w that they are catching bass in the reeds. I think that report has to be from the 80's. Anyone know any different?

Not enough population in either of those lakes for me to ever go there again though. But you can catch 'em flipping reeds nonetheless.
