How would you be certain that the info you’re paying for is legit? You wouldn't. But how would you know if the free advice is legit either and people still ask for it. My point was, if the advice is really important would you pay for it, would you trust the person giving it and how much would you pay. I'm betting no one would pay. There are several legit businesses, guides and pro anglers on here to get advice from but I bet nobody pays. Just thought it would be interesting to see how it would work but I'm kinda weird that way.  WHY NOT ??? In my world those guys are called CONSULTANTS ....... they supposedly know a lot about a subject and get paid a fee for their knowledge I would imagine some of those guides and pro anglers could sell their lake knowledge ......... but then where is that TOW that everyone talks about ?

I have been paying for advice for years fishing tournaments. I pay, others win and then they say, "we caught them over there on this and that".  Not laughing at you Doug, laughing with you. Every body who has fished a tournament has experienced the same thing and if they said they didn't they're a liar.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

I can't believe I wasted my valuable time reading this whole post. You may owe me. Now hold on a minute, all you disinters were sitting around and not doing a dam thing but trying to stay warm. I come along and post an interesting topic and now you have something to do so you should all thank me. It was a lot better than the trailering thread and nobody got mad or pi$$ed off. Haven't yet anyway. Thinking now about starting a FEE ADVICE thread and try and make myself some money to pay for that Ultrex.

Gotta give it to those AGGIES when they start thinking outside the box ........
if it was a longhorn they couldn't even get out of the BOX,,,,, much less "think" outside the box.

My grandson went his first semester to UT ( I won't say the whole word ) and then transferred to the world famous Texas A & M University. He now is into 6 figures and a corner office downtown. It's an Aggie thang, lol.

If I was going to buy a new boat tomorrow it would be at Fun N Sun and it would be a Phoenix 921 w- 250 SHO, Ultrex, Solix 12's front and back, Bob's hydraulic JP, 18" wheels and disc brakes on the trailer and the boat would be white, red, silver and black. Anything else while I'm hot ?
