Just replaced several of mine. I prefer Gomakatsu...

I use Owner Stingers and Mustad Triple Grips with good success. Hayabusa and Gamakatsu make great trebles too. If I had to pick one I'd have to choose Owner Stingers.

These are great and very cost effective when bought in the 11 packs, e.g., at tacklewarehouse

I quit losing fish on squarebills after changing all my stock hooks over to these.

Get yourself a good pair of split ring pliers to make the job easier. If you can't find them anywhere, a craft store like hobby lobby carries them.

What about the Trapper treble hooks? Anyone have any feedback on those?

Haven�t tried those, but I�m really liking the Fletcher Shyrock kahle trebles. Very similar to the KVD triple grips, but slightly larger in the same size.

I didn't know Trapper made trebles, I have used their hooks on drop shots with good success.

Used all the ones listed above and still keep going back to VMC triple or 4X strength hooks. Sharper and better for my short style hooks than any I have found, and yes, I DO A LOT OF CBs, so I used to replace a LOT of hooks, until I picked them up. Hope this helps.
