My wife uses one pretty often and the food is great. Roasts turn out really well and you can cook them in about an hour. She's made all kinds of soups and rice dishes in the thing and I've never been disappointed. Good gadget.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

You guys inspired me. I made pulled chicken BBQ with frozen chicken breasts tonight. Very good. Kids loved the sandwiches. Dumped about 2.5 lbs of chicken, two tbs of soy sauce, two tbs of apple cider vinegar, and a cup of your favorite sauce. Manual for 40 minutes and let steam release on its own. The recipe recommends pulling apart then sprinkling with brown sugar and broiling a minute or two mi skipped that step but will try it next time.

Only do the pressure cooking thing, don’t use it like a regular slow cooker. You can cook a great, super moist roast in about an hour. You add the veggies near the end for like ten minutes. Check out online recipes.

Preema hasn't been doing well and Mom's been staying here to take care of her when I'm at work. Mom made some chicken thighs in it today. They were excellent.
