I met him about 25 years ago. He was a nice guy, when I shook his hand it was like shaking hands with somebody while they are wearing those Incredible Hulk boxing gloves

His daughter is hot!
I know a kid who was at the drag races in Ennis and was hitting on a girl and everything was going just smooth, then the next thing you know John shows up and calls his daughter away, she grabs him as they walk away and introduces him to daddy as her new boy friend. He got to spend the day with John Force and the pit crew, said it was really awesome. Said everyone on Johns' pit crew had a minimum of a college degree, several had doctorial degrees, John said he just doesn't take his life for granted when it comes to drag racing.

With those teeth he looks like a talking horse.

Force is a cool cat ... met him as well and he was as normal as they come.

John is a wild one for sure. What makes the NHRA so great is the drivers and teams are like one big happy family and they treat the fans as part of that. Fans have a good chance to get one on one with the drivers and teams. Very personable. Working on those cars is LONG HARD work on qualifying and race days. I was working for Jeff Diehls team during the Fall Nationals in Ennis this past event. Tons of fun, great folks and hard work! Taming 10,000hp is a challenge.
