That is a huge list of guides!

The Lake Fork Guide Tournament will be held at Lake Fork Resort on February 10th. Lake Fork Resort will offer $50/night rooms plus tax and half of the room rate will be donated to the BIG BASS POT! We will have more information to come on this post, but we wanted to get things started. Here is a list of the guides. If we missed someone, please let us know. If you book a guide either PM me or let us know on this post. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Let's start the new year off right by catching them big bass!!!

Rules:
$25 entry fee per team. Winner takes all- James Thompson (owner of Lake Fork Resort) will also throw in an additional $500 towards first place.
$25 optional big bass side pot -Lake Fork Resort will also kick in half of room rates that are rented for this tournament towards big bass
Best 5 stringer wins
First cast at 7AM
Last cast at 3PM
must be checked in by 3:45
The guide you hire must be a licensed guide
Everyone must have a valid fishing license
Artificial bait only (no live bait)
All fish will need to be weighed by client holding fish with entire fish exposed on scale (including slot) and pic texted in to designated number.
When fish are caught, pics need to be sent in then, not at the end of the day. We will keep the standing current all day on here.

There will also be a set of rules printed off and given to everyone at registration.

Early registration will be from 5PM-8PM at Lake Fork Resort on February 9th
Day of registration will be 5AM-7AM at Lake Fork Resort

It was very close, Ken. We used a Cul-M-Rite, so very precise. I'm happy that we were able to get 17 guides on the lake today. I know there were a lot of happy (and cold) fishermen who got to spend the day with them.

Kevin Bryant and I were blessed to share a day with Richie that we will never forget. 8.67 and 8.96 in the last hour! And a 4 pounder that might be forgotten in that flurry. Kevin is a stud with my new Vicktory Jig and Richie put us in a position and place to win. Kevin is a very good fisherman and he totally rocked that 8.97 on the jig. Amazing to witness and can't wait for Richie's video to be edited and shared. Richie is a super guy, and my greatest feeling from this win is pride for a super hard working man that has helped others enjoy Lake Fork for 28 years. I know it is not an easy task to go out on days like today and find big fish that will bite. Hope you guys have a chance to go out with Richie soon.

I haven't ever been with Richie, but I may hire him for a night trip this summer. Love night fishing and it's been a long time. I have fished with Kevin many a time and there's no doubt that boy is a stick. Who says I'm too old to learn from those kids? Great job, everyone on a very cold day.

And thanks everybody, it was an amazing day. We were all pretty beat and about to give up around 2:00 when I stuck a solid 4 pounder, then the next 20 minutes we added the 8.67 and 8.96. It was a crazy way to finish a very tough day.

Thank you, Sinkey. Means a lot to receive the kind words from you and Billy. You guys have done many great things on Lake Fork; stuff I dreamed of doing when I fished it for the first time with Richie a little over 5 years ago.
