Fished this morning in one of the creek in DFW area. Creek where covered with ice, you could walk over the ice. First time seeing whole creek covered with ice atleast 2” thick. Made hole with a big rock throwing over the ice and caught few smaller ones and two slabs as well

Good for you, venturing out in this weather. Probably not too many ice fishing opportunities in Texas.
