TEXAS B.A.S.S. NATION presents
2018 “TEXAS BOAT WORLD” BASSMASTER Team Trail

Texas B.A.S.S. Nation is excited to offer another path to qualify for the BASSMASTER CLASSIC. Membership is easy.....if you already a member of Texas BASS Nation - then your dues for the Team Trail are $10 per person. If you are not already a member - and you only desire to compete in the Team Trail events - full membership is NOT required. You just complete the entry form, and your dues for the year are $35 per person. You will receive the magazine "BASS Times" from BASSMASTER as well.

Texas Team Championship Qualification is simple:

1 - Register and participate in one (1) of the Qualifier events and finish in the top 10 teams of that event, and your team is qualified for the Texas Team Championship

2 - Register and participate in two (2) Qualifier events, and your team is automatically qualified for the Texas Team Championship.

3 - Five (5) additional teams will qualify for the Texas Team Championship from the overall point’s standings, if a team is already qualified, TBN will move down the point’s standings to obtain the final five (5) qualifying teams. (Must fish a minimum of two (2) Qualifier events to qualify thru points).

The Texas BASS Nation Team Championship is a two-day event, where the highest finishing team will earn the berth to the BASSMASTER Team Championship Event, with a minimum of 25-team field. For each sequential 25 teams competing during the 2018 Season, 1 additional team will earn a berth as well. (25 teams = 1st Place to National, 50 teams = 2nd Place to National, 75 teams = 3rd Place to National)

Teams will be allowed to substitute a partner for (1) one qualifier event, only. All points will remain with the stated Boat Captain.

For more information, including the rules and entry forms, go to Texas B.A.S.S Nation Site @ http://www.texasbass.org/

If you fish two events, wouldn’t that automatically qualify you regardless of where you fall in points?

The 1st qualifier is on a great lake at a great time! Looking for some giant stringers to come to weigh in.

Additional sponsor incentives are being updated on the website. ( www.texasbassonline.com )

Texas Boat World has agreed to provide a $1000 additional bonus to the winner of any Qualifier or Championship event, that has purchased a 2017 or newer boat from Texas Boat World! That's a thousand more reasons to come out and compete. Cliff Brown is a huge part of the fishing community in Texas, and we at Texas BASS Nation are really happy about our partnership - bringing it to you, the Anglers.

Classic Fiberglass - Sanger, Texas has agreed to provide a certificate for a boat buff and wax at each event (goes to first team out of the checks!) A great business, even better Owner - go by and let Chris service your fiberglass boat repair needs. None any better! We at Texas BASS Nation are really happy about our partnership - bringing it to you, the Anglers.

Seriously, the best of it all - you are working your way to competing at the 2019 BASSMASTER Classic. Someone will earn the right to do so - why not you?

Texas BASS Nation has made this dream easier to reach in Texas, with the assistance from all of our sponsors and volunteers!
