About how many cinder blocks are needed to keep your avg size trees down?

Plan on 3 in my opinion.

I think its more cost effective to build weights out of sakrete and bent rebar to tie on to. Use only bucks and plant bucks. Cheap and heavy. Just more work.

Probably already know this but if you're needing some trees Home Depot is a dump spot for people getting rid of their trees. They'll probably let you have all you want. Not telling you how to sink them but I've had good success sinking them standing up and they're easier to fish. Sakcrete in a 5 gallon bucket will do the trick.
