I know I know, everyone hates these. But I need the best 2 piece casting rod under $100 for traveling. Go!

I have a couple of Cabelas Gold Label 2-piece rods for travel. I bought them a decade ago when they were on online clearance due to being discontinued. If I had to replace them, I would look at Daiwa.

I have a three-piece TFO rod in one of their inshore models and I REALLY like it. I bought it as a travel rod to throw medium sized swim baits. I was looking for alternative to checking rods when I fly to bass fishing destinations but I use it frequently at home.

I have a TFO 3 piece casting rod and a TFO 3 piece spinning rod I got 4 yrs ago. Took them on a last minute short trip to Canada to fish 3 days with friends that were there for week. Everyone had to try them and 4 of the 6 people purchased at least one back home

I used the browning ones from BPS.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They break really easily.

Look up retractable rods, ones that slide into the handle. There are some inexpensive ones out there.

Yep...I have the Ardito 7'6" medium-heavy and it well worth the money. It will handle a bunch of different baits but it wasn't a good fit for the swimbaits I wanted to throw, that's why I added the TFO inshore stick. I also have one of the Ardito spinning rods. I wrap the three cases together and take them as my carry-on bag.
