Joe Pool is up about a foot (yesterday) and west of the bridge is almost chocolate milk. Lots of floating debris too in that area. East of the bridge is still pretty clear. Water temp was 56 yesterday. I took my great nephew fishing and we caught 7 dinks.. drop shotting.

tight lines, Merry Christmas

Caught 4 out deep on main lake points where water was still clear with c-rig on Thursday. Headed back to ramp and realized how muddy the water got so I went and flipped timber up shallow cause I figured the muddy water pushed em shallow. Lost like a 5 lber after it jumped and went home.

Thanking the lord for another day on the water

Just got one on main lake point on Thurs. on a C-rig using baby brush. Was about 3 lbs. Rest of the day was a bust. Got one other good bite in the same area but missed him.

I fished the Loyd Park arm of the lake from Loyd park to the Dam. Main lake points, mostly drop shot but did throw a rattle bait and square bill on some banks I have caught fish on before. Only caught fish on the drop shot rig around brush piles.
