Did Anything change on TFF website this past week? I came in, checked my email Monday night, then got on TFF & fell asleep at keyboard until about 10:50 PM.

I decided to kill the computer, go eat supper, then get some sleep.

Tuesday night I got on, and when I got to TFF something changed. I am not sure if it was Monday night or Tuesday night, but I started an entry in the Catfish section, then decided to erase it, as I realized I did not have enough time to fully explain what I was about to describe. Anyway, I realized after going back to the Catfish section main topic list, something was haywire. A lot of the items that normally show, had vanished, as if some glitch had occurred. So I killed the browser, then got back on TFF. If it did not do it right away, then it was after whatever the initial thread I had gone to read.

I am on trickle dial-up (50.6 KB), using XP op system with Service Pack 3 & Google Chrome Browser. Currently, a lot of info is missing on this page. Such as the Forum & sub-Forums listing. The options, that I am logged in, as well as [Log Out]. When I get into a thread, if it does show avartar names at first, then they all vanish.

I realize XP is expired & that Google Chrome also no longer carries the load, and that Chrome also recently knocked out things related to Java (not sure how long ago they did it).

So, I was wondering if something was alterred or updated Monday or Tuesday (December 11th or 12th) that might be causing this? As it does not affect any other site. I also have to wonder if maybe I hit the keyboard as to key & clicked on something in TFF Monday night (or even Tuesday night) that created this glitch.

You are truly running an obsolete system. It sounds like your browser can’t load the page completely. That would be on your end. I’m sorry but everything you have is suspect. Your OS and internet connection top the list.

I have a short attention spa
