There is no way to pull hours on these motors because there isn't anything on them to store that information. She's just a tried and true V6 2stroke engine.
What I can tell you is it was rebuilt by Rockwall Marine two or three years prior to me purchasing it back in March of 2015. I bought it from Doug at Affordable Boats out of Wylie.
The first time I took it out it wouldn't load up. Cranked and idled just fine. Took it to Rockwall, they did a tune-up and it solved the problem. This past spring I went fishing with my brother on Lake Tyler. That's my home town. Anyways, we fished all day and loaded her up. While wiping her down I smelled something. Took the cowling off and noticed one of the voltage regulators burned up along with the wiring harness. I went ahead and replaced both regulators and the harness. We didn't have any issues while on the water.
She's never not cranked up or not got me where I needed to go. The motor runs very strong and is in great condition. Compression is good on all cylinders. I always use fuel treatment and she doesn't sit too long as I like to get on the water as much as I can. The best I've seen on GPS is 62. Two guys, tourney loaded and full tank 58-60. With live wells full 56-58. My water pressure at WOT is 20. I could probably get a little more our of her but I never messed around with dialing it in. I've read where some people can get up to 65-67 out of their Sabres.
I run a 23P Tempest Plus which is very common on the Sabres. Hole shot with me is instant. Two people, tourney loaded and full tank is 2-3 seconds. With live wells full is a little longer. By the way the live wells are huge and I've never lost a fish. It has an aerator system.
Guessing I would say I have put 250 hours on it give or take.
She's been a solid ride and a great boat. I get compliments all the time and when I tell people it's an 03 they can't believe it. The pictures doesn't do it any justice. The gel coat and the boat in general is in great shape especially for it's age. If I were to keep her I'd put in some new seats (15 years old but not in bad shape at all) and new bunk boards. One has a little carpet on the corner that's come off. Hasn't really even been an issue.
LOL... Sorry for the long answer to your question.
