I have a 2004 Champion 206 Elite with oil lube hubs. One of the seals is leaking. Anybody ever replaced seals on these? I am concerned most about how to get the outboard part off that shows you how much oil is in there.

check your wheel for bends/warps, check the tire for out of round, tread separation bulge and balance first because a vibration will pull gear oil out of a good axle seal too

Thx guys. I saw the uTubes that are out there. None of them is close to my set up. The setup I have is different enough I was hoping someone had worked on a Champion trailer. I looked at enough of them that I think I can get er done now. Thx again.

Dont know what set up you are talking about, but a hub is a hub! They use the same bearings and seals. Some of the newer ones use a double lip seal....I had a Triton Trailer and could'nt keep the seals from leaking. Just converted it to grease! The outer cap just knocks off or on.. I'm curious as to what you are talking about!
