I've seen... beef chicken pork bean/cheese been/jalapeno
...and maybe a random "weird" one, but the previous are the mainstays. Too bad pork is the #1 meat put in tamales, but the other offerings are offered.
You just have to search and ask.

Where is a good place to order tamales and have them shipped to my house? There aren't any commercial tamale makers around here. I was looking at Texas Lone Star Tamales. They look good. Anybody know anything about them? We want to have something other than turkey and ham for Christmas dinner.

Tamales are like a tortilla, you can put anything you want in it.
I recently got me 2 dozen. Pork just because the guy wouldn't stop talking about how good the pork was. And the other dozen is bean and cheese.

Walmart has good frozen tamales. Texas tamale company is good but made without lard so not authentic. Mama Julia is made with lard. Try both.

Dallas Tortilla and Tamale Co. Their beef tamales have shredded brisket in them and they are outstanding!
