Bryan JL above is correct, and its solid for the first few miles, if you know it just before the Townsend ramp it veers left, then out at the river back right. I will tell you, and its in my notes exactly what level it was when I was there, but at 160 or 161 where it veers back right there are about 5 big ones right there, there is no way to run that corner. Its not ten feet wide and Does a zig, you see anybody running that they either dont know that, or like me they are trimed AND puckered up! I'm in the don't know category, but i still run it. I go the way I always have and never hit anything approach.

I downloaded Lance Vick's Boat lane chip and it has served me well. I know that there are other areas that I can run safely, but I am comfortable running his lanes just about anywhere. I watched KenTX's videos, too and the two match up pretty well. Just be careful out there and use common sense.
