You have to use a hosting service. I use Imgur.
Post them to Imgur. Then link the to here.

this is probably the long way but works for me...
I send the pictures from my phone to my e-mail
open the e-mail on my computer and save the pictures to my desktop.
use the "upload image into post" icon and post them to my topic page..
