The number of trips slowed last week as it always does in December, but the fishing was as good as it gets!!!I Only fished on Friday and Saturday and limits of Blues & Channels was the ticket on both days. Had a little larger fish on Friday with more Blues and just the opposite on Saturday with half the ice chest made up of smaller Channels. This time of year there is almost no one on the Lake even on the nice, warm days. We had the upper end of the Richland Creek Arm of the Lake all too ourselves on Friday and I saw two boats in the distance yesterday. Lot of folks just don't know what they are missing....No traffic, awesome fishing and one of the best kept secrets in the State!!! All fish in timber in 20'-25' FOW on Danny Kings Blood Punch Bait on a #4 treble hook. Most on or near the bottom. Only caution is be careful in the timber as the lake is down 2 1/2 feet and lots of treetops just below the surface.

We have December and January openings on both Weekdays and Saturdays. We fish year around, everyday except Sunday and specialize in FAMILY FISHING FUN!
