My buddy Morris joined me this morning to check some bird roost . CT landed the first fish a nice 8+ pounder. We checked several roost and they would produce a couple fish when we first got to them and then nothing but they were solid box fish 3-8 lbs . Maybe the full moon had them messed up. We left them mid morning and went to drift. We had no wind and some fog but we set up a drift with the trolling motor and planer boards .We caught more box fish to 8 lbs. and most fish were on the planer boards. All and and all a beautiful day on the water and a good box of fish.
