HI! I'm going to be in the THSBA tournament tomorrow, and today, we went out and caught 0 fish for the first time in a while. We started shallow this morning, tried deep, also tried jigging under multiple docks, then went back shallow, even ended on a small bridge as structure and couldn't catch anything. There were no clouds so it was super sunny, the water temp was 68-72. What lures are good for these conditions? What areas should we be fishing in?

I Hope you're kidding. Read rule #3 of Thsba
"Boat captains, team advisors, parents and/or participating student anglers may not solicit, receive, purchase, or barter for information about locating or catching fish on tournament waters, including GPS way points 14 days prior to any THSBA tournament."

Fish south of the dam, heard that was a great area. Might want to read the rules.

Hi guys, thanks for reminding me of the rules. Me and my teammate are disqualified because of my stupid mistake and I feel absolutely horrible. This would have been my first tournament to ever go into and I feel so bad for my teammate and his dad since we've all been getting ready for this for such a long time. I don't want to remove the post as a reminder, but would be great if it could be closed by the mods since there is nothing to reply to. Have a good one.

Live and learn. Doing the right thing is always the way to go. Not necessarly the easiest but the best. Integrity is priceless.
I don't like the no info rule because it's hard to enforce. I would rather let there be all the information you can get. Its the Information Age. There is such a thing as bad info.
