Lake Fork Anglers twice monthly Thursday daytime tournament for Nov 30th was a fish fest again despite the almost 2 hour delay waiting for the FOG to clear. But it didn't stop the fish from biting. Bass were biting from shallow to deep.
Drop shots, c-rigs, centipeds and square bills accounted for a lot of fish.

Only the five largest count:
First place went to Randy Steele of Sulphur Springs with a 16 fish bag at 9.88 with a 2.36 lunker.
Second place went to Bill Ailes of Sulphur Springs with a 3 fish bag coming in at 9.53 with THE 7.15 boater lunker.
Third Place Angler went to Curt Blount of Lake Fork with 10 bass for 9.42 with a 3.02 lunker.
Fourth place went to Jeff Jolderma of McClellan, Iowa with 5 bass for 8.79 with a 4.68 lunker.
Fifth place went to Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork with 9 bass for 8.25 with a 2.02 lunker.

Co-Anglers

First place went to Ken Kielbas of Arlington with 8 bass for 8.18 with THE 2.02 lunker.
Second place went to Mac McDaniel of Lake Fork with 10 bass for 7.55 with a 1.63 lunker.
Third place went to John Markos of Paris again with 5 bass for 6.52 with a 1.87 lunker.
Fourth place went to Butch Grove of Sulphur Springs with a 7 fish bag for 5.62 with a 1.58 lunker.
Fifth place went to Rick Harvey of Mineola with 5 bass for 4.89 with a 4.82 lunker.

127 total fish were caught on Thursday.

Dues is $5 a year. Tournaments are $15 with an optional $5 lunker pot and an optional $10 big bag pot.
As of this week the LFA has fished 23 times this year.
You have to fish at least 8 to maintain membership. And you have to fish 8 times to be eligible to fish our other two formats: Major league Fishing (known as Hard Core) and the team format known as Faze 4.
