I would bet that Johnie Morris , lawyers them right out of business , someone missed on the no compete clause some where . Multi million dollar deal to buy Ranger , he sure doesn't want them competing with him , 2 years later .
Most states limit the term of a non-compete to 1 or 2 years. You can't prevent someone from being able to make a living. So my guess is they are good to do whatever they want at this point.

If you are a VP you might not have a no
compete clause. The seller certainly would had one.

From the looks of the shield in their Logo I'm guessing carbon fiber hull, real leather seating, and a price tag well into the 6 figure range.
