It has been my experience that the only way to hold them in a certain spot once the sun goes down is lights. Once the sun goes down, the crappie scatter and chase bait. Light attracts bait and the crappie follow (or stay I guess). There is usually a certain time of the day when the brush you were catching them on during the day stops producing and you can almost count it down to the minute of when you will stop catching them.

I just need to figure out how to hold them there at night. I try to go after I get off work in the evenings and the bite is very slow.
BTW: iluvfishin and jim Sr. . When we get everything right. I might take you. But i will have to Blindfold you Just in case. Ayeee that's what's up
