made a baked breaded flounder filet over a angel hair paste bed with a sauce i made with a trinity/sausage sauce with tomato and tomato soup. ate it all, but the sauce was a little sweet for me. i'll do a little tweeking next time. any suggestions? oh yeah, parmasian cheese on top.
