Going to Palm Springs next weekend for wedding and have a free day to kill. Figure I might try my hand at some Cali bass. Anyone have any recommendations for out there?
Thanks in advance

Don't know about Perris or DVL, but Rich Tauber guides on Casitas, Castaic and Pyramid. Here's his link:

I fished DVL this past June with Guide Pete Marino. Really a super guy. If you have never been there, the lake is clear and we used a drop shot all day. All I can say is that they have some really strange rules in California about getting on and off the lake. Pete is on the internet.

I fished DV and a bunch of other lakes with Rusty Brown. ‭(714) 883-8627‬ He is a great guide and a hell of a good stick. Rusty is a former winner of the US Open and he knows those lakes like the back of his hand. When you call him, tell him Jonathan from Texas says hello.
