Pat, if you need help for the weigh-in or whatever, let me know. The boat is in the shop for maintenance so I won't be fishing it.

I went to my first CAT meeting last week. I listen to what was told during the presentation (listening is not something I'm good it). I went to the creek and followed his instructions and was catching crappie. I just might have to join this. I might learn something.

Click Crappie Anglers of Texas. If you want tournament rules, click on the Tab "Tournaments", and then click what you want to look at in the drop down menu. Latest rules posted is Jan. 1, 2017. We'd like to see you whether it's for meeting or tournaments or both.

UJC, I've read the rules and it doesn't say how many fish you can have in your livewell. Is there a rule about this? I have been a bass tourney guy for 10+ years and the rule for that is only 5 can be in your box, but I'm not sure about crappie.

Thanks for your help

Bogey, There is no rule for the number of fish that are allowed in the livewell other than state possession laws. My suggestion is no more 10 to keep them healthy and alive. Bring a cooler if you want keep extra fish.

If I can pry my cover off my front graph, me and Dave just might be there.
