Hi All, Heard Fayette was drawn down, can you still launch at oak thicket or the other ramp?

Well, I know the lake level is down based on recent posts...but...normal pool is 390’, the LCRA website, which updates every 15 minutes, says current level is 389.1’ below pool.
I’m sure someone will come along and explain the discrepancy.

I launched at oak thicket ramp on November 13th and the lake was probably a foot or so low. You can launch from there but the ramps a little slick where it used to be below the water.

It was tough for us. We had about 20. One here and one there. Never found them grouped up or saw anyone catch anything. The thing about that lake is if you can find them grouped up you can have a great day when others struggle. On Monday we never found that group.

Your definition of 'tough' is different than mine....20 fish??? Did the Fishing Ape go with you?

Last time 3 of us had 177. Ape was there. We just couldn't find a group of fish. I looked too much in 15 ft. Should have stayed shallow or went 18 to 20 it seems.
