One of my steering cables broke on my trolling motor. I have a replacement. I have disassemble to the point I need to pull the cable through I didn't know if there was a preferred starting point should I pull it from the head to the pedal or from the pedal to the head? If you want to text me my number is 469-688-2441 thank you

I always install the cables from the head toward the foot with a little dish washing soap. The head will stay put better allowing you to push on the new cable.
