I didn't catch this, I just saw it on facebook 11.5 pounds  There's a been quite a few 10+ pounders caught this year out of the Bird. It definitely seems like the place to fish if you want to catch huge central Texas bass.

Lady Bird Lake is a very good fishery! Since motor driven boats are not allowed the fishing pressure is a lot less! Friend of mine caught a 12 even last month fishing out of his kayak.
