Distance from camera, distance you are holding fish out away from you, camera angle, all come into play when taking pics of a fish. I have taught a bunch of folks how to take good pix of fish. Tell the guy with the camera to get as close as they think they need to be, then take two steps forward. roflmao

In my pix above, one of my 12's look larger than my 15. We were in such a hurry to get the 15 back into the lake, we didn't get any really good pics. I am still steamed about that but Oh Well.....

You don't have anything to worry about that fish tho buddy. You can tell it is a TOAD.

Hopefully this is it.

Guess not, guess I need to reread the instructions on posting pictures. LOL.

THANKS everyone for helping me convert and post the pictures. I appreciate it. THX AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! OH, the top one is 11-8, the bottom one is only 9-3, so missed it on it, but close. They both came out of Lake Lewisville, so they ought to count twice. LOL. Both came on CB's, imagine that.

The first pic and third pic were verified "DD". The middle pic I am guessing was right at the 10'pound mark. I didn't have access to a scale that day, so I'll never know for sure.

I have literally caught dozens that were in the 8-9 pound class.....getting over the 10 mark is very tough. Especially since I have never fished known "big fish" lakes like Fork and other east Texas lakes. I normally fish southof Dallas and central Texas areas.

I'd love to take my talents to a big fish lake...but it proabably wouldn't be fair. roflmao

Its not about the size...its about what you can do with it what counts.

I told you wrong earlier Doug. That was Jan 25, 1975 at Ray Hubbard. That fish went 7 lbs 7 oz. I was a sophomore at Garland High. Caught her on a black 3/8 oz Stan Sloan hair jig with a Mr. Twister trailer. That fish allowed us to beat N. Garland, S. Garland, & Lakeview.
