Where do you guys normally go to get new tires for the boat trailer? Discount Tire? I went to a trailer place in Rockwall, but they don’t do tires. I noticed one of my tires has started having pretty good vibration and that the tread is worn on the outside edges, so I figured it’s time for new.

If your tread is worn on the outside edges you may have a bent axle. Mine was doing the same and I had to have the axle replaced. McGill's in Lewisville is great at this and not that expensive. Bought my tires at etrailer.com and get load range D which is rated for 65psi. No taxes either.

I use Discount because I have a connection there.
I buy a good set of radials. Less flat tires with radials.

I get mine at tirerack and sent to my house. Then take it to one of these cheap tire places to mount them. I don't use trailer tires on my trailer. Cooper radials. Lots cheaper taking this route

Doesn't matter where you get them, but ask for the new Goodyear Endurance.
Its new for 2017, it is a heavy duty trailer tire and it is made in America.
Just do the research on it. The horse and cattle folks are raving about it and they haul a heck of a lot more weight than your bass boat. 65 psi minimum. This is a trailer tire for driving 75 mph down the freeway. Put one side by side against what ever other trailer tire you want and just see the difference.
Goodyear finally listened to what the consumers' wanted and so far it is shinning.

The tires on my "new-to-me" Skeeter are brand new Chinese junk. These are on my short quick list of things to r&r on the trailer. I think the good years will be my choice.

I second this. Although a hell of a long way for somebody in Rockwall.

Leave it to the Chinese to name a tire "Triangle"

Same here... been a great tire and the price is RIGHT!

I'm intrigued about this new tire David mentioned above too.

I bought a set of the Triangle brand last January from Cowser before I went to Mexico, had a blowout on 10-7-17, switched to the Goodyear Endurance and will see.

Sorry. Should have specified. Both edges are worn. Middle has tread.
