I am repowering my boat and I have a good Mercury 225 EFI Has good compression all between 95 and 110 per cylinder I won a new motor so that's the reason for repower. Never had any issues with this motor. It does not have a way to pull the hours so don't ask it has been run a lot but you can't tell that by the way it runs. It will come with controls and in a crate. 3000.00 firm

I have that exact motor, this motor is almost bullet proof, zero problems with mine, might be the most reliable motor Mercury ever built.
